Video from Software Center Kick-off

At February 14 the new Software Center was inaugurated at Lindholmen. The ceremony was officiated by Karin Markides, President and CEO of Chalmers University of Technology, and Pam Fredman, Vice-Chancellor of University of Gothenburg. Here's a video of the keyspeakers.

The mission of the center is to conduct scientifically excellent research in industrially strategic research areas and thus contribute to the competitiveness of the industrial partners, and advance the state-of-the-art research and practice, nationally and internationally. Software center is established by Chalmers University (host) and University of Gothenburg in close collaboration with industry partners. The founding members are Ericsson, Saab Group, Volvo Cars Corporation, and Volvo Group.
