Lindholmspiren 3-5
The existing Lindholmspiren is the heart of Lindholmen Science Park, a stimulating and creative environment combining education, research and business. The building holds a Visitors Centre, Lindholmen Conference Centre, restaurants, café, shops and educational facilities.
Some of the tenants are Chalmers Innovation, Toyota, Scania, Dassault Systemes, Volvo IT, Innovationsbron Region Väst, Consat Engineering, Enfo, the Swedish Transport Administration and Aktiviteten Learning Centre.
Customize your presence
The idea of the six floors in the main building is to enhance cooperation as well as hold the own company's office. Therefore, open arenas are located on the first floors, while the upper floors can be fully utilized as efficient office space.
The new main building at Lindholmspiren 3-5 was finished July 2010.
