New offices at Lindholmskajen

Eklandia Fastighets AB has started construction work with Liljewall Arkitekter to build a new office building on Lindholmskajen.

With its closeness to the water the building will be an attractive workplace for around 500 people. The property is built according to the so called Green Building guidelines with high standards of energy efficiency and sustainable construction.

The property is expected to be ready for occupation in spring / summer 2013.
