Feedback SOS Alarm-Ambulance

With the purpose to strengthen the first part of the care chain and to foster the work quality in the emergency centre a technical system for structured and regular feedback to the emergency centre has been defined. From an ambulance perspective a first version of the system was developed and tested in Stockholm 2007-2009 in the project ÅSA (Feedback SOS Alarm-Ambulance). In order to further expand structured and regular feedback from ambulance personnel to the emergency centre the system will be further developed and evaluated in the Västra Götaland region through a new step of the project, ÅSA TVÅ. Planning of the project has started.
